2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 egg

Custard Layer

5 egg yolks, room temperature
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
Additional 1/3 cup granulated sugar, for topping
