Creamy Cilantro Dressing

Notes: 

I love this dressing as served by El Pollo Loco on their chicken salads and their Chicken bowl (beans rice, lettuce and chicken in a tortilla bowl). Also great as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons line juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 large cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons chilantro chopped
1 tsp sugar

  • Toss all incredients into a blender and liquify
  • refrigerate for several hours
