Ingredients: 

1 cup mung beans (soaked and boiled)
2 cups chopped spinach leaves
1/2 cup chopped onion
2-3 cloves of garlic (less or more according to your taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
