1 (9 oz) package no boil lasagna noodles, broken into 2 pieces
12 oz ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (26 oz) jars pasta sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Spray interior of slow cooker with non stick vegetable spray.
Cook sausage in skillet add to slow cooker along with noodles, ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella, pasta sauce and parsley. Stir.
Cover and cook 4-6 hours 5 minutes before serving top with remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Cover to melt.
