Sprinkle the pieces of chicken with a little salt. Sear them with hot oil in your Electric Frying Pan.
Mix the mole with the cup of water in your blender at high speed. If necessary, add more water to ensure it is properly mixed.
Put the mole in your Crock-Pot Slow Cooker and add the pieces of chicken. Make sure they are well covered with mole.
Set your Crock-Pot Slow Cooker to cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir it once or twice.
