Croquettes aux haricots rouges

500 ml (2 tasses)/ 300 goignons, hachés
500 ml (2 tasses)/ 300 gpoivron rouge, coupé en dés
2 goussesail, écrasé
15 ml (1 c. à table)huile de canola
15 ml (1 c. à table)poudre de chili
5 ml (1 c. à thé)gingembre frais haché
1 ml (1/4 c. à thé)cannelle moulue
1 ml (1/4 c. à thé)sel
1 ml (1/4 c. à thé)poivre noir moulu
2 conserves de 540 mlharicots rouges, rincés et égouttés
30 ml (2 c. à table)jus de citron
250 ml (1 tasse)/ 130 gfarine ou chapelure
