Ingredients:

2 1/4 Cups all porpose flour
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
31/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
1/8 tbsp baking soda
3tbsp baking cocoa
1 1/4 cup 2%Milk
1 tsp vanilla essance
3 Large eggs

Preheat Cupcake Maker until the ready light turns on
Line the cupcake wells with paper cups
or
use non stick spray
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Mix at low speed for 30 seconds while scraping the bowl
Mix at hhigh speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl every minute
Spoon the cupcake batter into paper cups until full.

Bake for 5-8 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the comes out clean /li>
