Ingredients:

350g Chocolate Chips
150g soft butter
4 Medium Eggs
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp baking bowder
1/2 tbsp vanilla essance
1/2 tbsp of salt

Preheat Cupcake Maker until the ready light turns on
Line the cupcake wells with paper cups
or
use non stick spray
Beat the butter and the vanilla essance together to form a light,airy mixture
Add the eggs one at a time and beat gently
Add a 1/4 cup of sugar after each egg and mix thoroughly
Add the baking powder and salt to the milk and add to the mixture
Fold in the flour and the chocolate chips
Spoon the cupcake batter into paper cups until full.

directly into greased wells, until they are 1/2 to 2/3 full
Bake for 5-8 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the comes out clean
Remove and allow to cool
once cooled frost as disired
