Detox dinner

Ingredients: 

1 cup quinoa
1 avocado
1 medium sweet potato
1/3 white onion
1 Serrano pepper
10 cherry tomatoes
1 can black beans


Cook quinoa in 2 cups water and add salt and pepper to taste
Chop all other ingredients and combine
Top quinoa with veggies
