Diwali Special Namkeen Channa-Moong Dal

Ingredients: 

chana dal
moong dal
oil
black salt
red chilli
jeera poweder
chat masala


step 1 . 1 cup chana dal and 1 cup moong dal, soak both dal separately add a pinch of baking soda... keep it in fridge for whole night.
  step 2. next morning, drain the water completely and deep fry the dal.for masals you can take red chilli powder, black salt, chat masala, jeera powder.
