Notes: 

his looks very similar to gulab jamun in coloor & appearance & almost tastes the same, but made with just fine semolina. it is an ideal dessert, which can be made in no time with basic ingredients from your pantry with less hassle of cracking and breaking while deep frying.

Ingredients: 

• Ghee: 1tbsp
• Rava: 1/2cup
• Milk Powder: 2tbsp
• Baking Soda: 1/4cup
• Sugar: 1cup
• Cardamom: 4pods
• Milk: 3/4cup


Step 1. Fry Rava in Ghee for 4-5 minutes on Low Flame Gradually add milk as you stir

Step 2. Transfer to a place to set aside till the rava has dough consistency
