Ingredients: 

Kaju 1 small bowl
Badaam (Almonds) 1 small Bowl
Kishmish (Manuka) 20 gram
Elaichi Powder 1/2 tsp
Jaifal 1/2 tsp
Desi Ghee 1 small Bowl
Maida 500 gram
Sugar Powder 250 gram
Choti Sujhi (Rava) 1 small Bowl
Sukha Nariyal 5
Lukewarm Water (Gunguna Paani) 1 glass
Cooking Oil To Fry

 

 

Step 1. Mix together all purpose flour and water.Knead a soft dough.Prepare the filling for Gujiya.puris and fill them with the stuffing.
