Easy Peach Cobbler

Melt 1 1/2 stick of margarine in microwave.

Mix with electric mixer or whisk:   1 1/2 c. flour

                                                 4 t. baking powder

                                                 2 cups sugar

                                                 1/2 t. salt

                                                 1 1/2 cup milk

Mix well with butter and pour mixture into a large 9 x 13 glass

casserole dish.  Drain 2 large cans of peaches and pour the peaches on

top of the above mixture.

Cook on 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and firm.  I

check it with a knife and then if needs more cooking, cover the

casserole with foil to prevent too much browning.  This casserole will

serve 10-12 people.
