Ingredients: 

3 cups half-and half
7 large egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
Pinch salt
2 1/2 tablespoons coarsely ground strong coffee beans (espresso or French roast level)
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
