Fish Tacos


These tasty fish tacos are made with firm white fish like cod or tilapia filet. They are baked in the oven with a Panko crust


1 1/2 pounds cod or tilapia, cut into 2-inch pieces
6 small flour tortillas
2 avocados
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 small red onion
1 onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch of salt and ground black pepper
4 tablespoons fish taco sauce
Shredded iceberg lettuce
