Flan Cake

Ingredients: 

Caramel:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp water
2 tins ( one small one big)
Cake:
3 egg yolks
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cup boiled milk
2 mixing bowls
1 Mixing spoon or whisk
1 strainer


1. Boil the milk, and pour into the large mixing bowl. Mix eggs and sugar in slowly.
2. Stir in one direction for no bubbles.
3. Mix the caramel ingredients and fry inside the smaller tin. When dry, pour the cake mixture using the strainer into the tin.
4. Fill the bigger tin with water, and bake for 1 hour at 320•.
5. Let it cool and serve with berries if desired.
