Flour Torillas

Ingredients: 

4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 Tbs shortening
1 1/2 cup warm water


1. Combine dry ingredients

2. Add water a little at a time and work into a dough

3. Knead till smooth - cover and let rest for 10 minutes

4. Use egg sized balls and roll into 6" circles

5. Heat griddle on medium high - cook about 1 minute each side
