Fresh Salsa

Notes: 

This is a great recipe to toss together for some super fresh salsa. This needs to marinate in the fridge overnight for best results and will keep for a couple of weeks refrigerated.

Ingredients: 

2 large tomatoes
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup fresh cilantro or 2 tbl. dried
1 tbl lime juice


Seed the tomatoes removing all the seeds and gel inside and cut up into small chunks. Place in food processor.

Add cilatro , tomato paste, water and spices and run food processor until you get a goood consitancy ( your decision) add more or less water if needed.

FInalloy add peppers and onion which should be chopped fairly small and run processor until you get the chunks down to the size you prefer.
