1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup butter, melted
FILLING
3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, or 8 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
