Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Substitute
Omit garlic. Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Spinach & Artichoke Cream Cheese Spread.
Make It Easy
Use an electric mixer to mash the potatoes instead of a hand masher.
Make Ahead
Recipe can be prepared ahead of time. Cool, then place in resealable plastic bag. Press excess air from bag, then seal bag and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, transfer potatoes to microwaveable container. Microwave until heated through

COOK potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until potatoes are tender; drain.

MASH potatoes until smooth.

STIR in remaining ingredients until well blended
