Ingredients: 

¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup water
2 ½ teaspoons sugar
1 medium scallion, sliced thin
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1 ½ teaspoons toasted sesame oil
½ teaspoon red pepper
