1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch cloves
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
