Homestyle macaroni salad

Ingredients: 

1 (16-oz.) package elbow macaroni
1½ c low-fat mayo
2 T mustard
¼ c low-fat sour cream
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T sugar
1 cup diced ham
1 cup diced cheddar cheese
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup chopped celery
½ tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Optional:
⅔ cup frozen peas, thawed
2 carrots, grated
½ cucumber, peeled and diced
¼ to ½ cup chopped dill pickle
1 to 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
