Hummus

Ingredients: 

1 can chick peas
2 tablespoons tahini
5 clove of garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 small pinch of salt
about 2 tablespoons of olive oil
i small pinch of cumin


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Use a garlic press for crushing the cloves of garlic
  3. Crush the hummus to a rough consistancy
  4. Mix in olive oil until it is like wall spackle
  5. Let it sit for an hour before eating
