Ingredients: 

2 cups room temperature gluten-free idli/dosa batter
5 ounces Brown Bella mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
5 to 7 curry leaves
2 teaspoons oil plus more for cooking
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon urad dal/black gram
1 teaspoon chana dal/yellow split peas
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon dagad phool powder (or substitute more garam masala)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
