Jam Rolls

Ingredients: 

Dough
1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F)
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Filling
1/4 cup butter, softened
Slightly heaping ½ cup good quality jam, stirred

Topping
1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
Granulated sugar for sprinkling, optional
