Ingredients

cup fat-free mayonnaise

cup finely chopped red onion

teaspoon finely shredded lime peel

tablespoon lime juice

clove garlic, minced
Directions
In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, red onion, lime peel, lime juice, and garlic. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve or for up to 1 week.
