6-8 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 14-16oz heart of palm, drained and chopped
5 cups kale, finely chopped
1/2 cup milk (more as needed)
8 oz cream cheese room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and black pepper
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
