Ingredients: 

30 nos Egg Yolk
2 nos Egg White
300g Sugar
100g Hong Kong Flour
450g Butter
1 tbsp Lapis spices
1 tsp Vanilla Powder
1 tsp Ovalett
4 tbsp Condensed Milk
6 tbsp Rum / Wine


  1. Beat the butter till white and fluffy
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, ovalett, lapis spices & vanilla powder together till foam.
  3. Fold in flour and lastly add in condensed milk and butter, mix well.
  4. Add in rum
  5. Scope 3-4 tbsp of batter onto 8"X8" tray at 200degree.
  6. 1st layer of cake bake at up & low frame, 2nd layer and above use upper frame.
  7. Bake layer by layer.
