1 cup seeded and chopped tomatoes (2 medium)
1 cup snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
1/2 cup chopped green onions (4)
1 1 1/2 pound beef flank steak
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
