Lemon Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk
1 tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp honey (optional)


Place the blueberries and pineapple chunks in a blender or food processer.
Pour in soy milk.
Add remaining ingredients.
Puree until smooth.
