Maple Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients: 

1 pkt of IP Maple Oatmeal
2 cups of Rhubarb
1 tbsp of IP Maple Syrup (or to taste)


Directions

  1. Cook the rhubarb on alow-med heat in pot until soft
  2. Add Maple Syrup 
  3. Sprinkle the IP Maple Oatmeal on top and bake at 375 until top is crisp

Tips / Substitutes: Substitute Splenda for the IP Maple syrup if you like.
