1 can of whole peeled tomatoes
1 onion
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
Garlic
2 cans Coconut milk
Olive oil
3T Palm oil
Adobo
Cilantro
Sauté fish and olive oil onions and garlic.
Season with adobo. When shrimp changes color it's ready.
Add two cans of coconut milk, 3 tablespoons of palm oil.
Add tomatoes peppers and chopped cilantro to finish.
