3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup whole milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups colby-jack cheese, shredded
1 roma tomato, diced
1/4 cup ham, finely diced
1/4 cup chopped spinach
2 tbsps scallions, finely diced
2 tbsps mushrooms, finely chopped
