No-Bake Strawberry Bottom Cheescake

Ingredients: 

Ready Crust pie crust
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounces frozen non-dairy whipped topping
1 pint fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
1 cup strawberry glaze


  1. Slice strawberries and place on a paper towel to drain.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth
  3. Gradually beat in sugar.
  4. Blend in sour cream and sugar
  5. Fold in whipped topping, blending well
  6. Spread thin layer of galze over the bottom of the crust
  7. Place strawberry slices on the glaze and cover with another thin layer of glaze.
  8. Gently spoon cream mixer over glazed berries.
  9. Cover with plastic inverted dome that comes with the crust in order to let set for at least 4 hours.
  10. Store leftover pie ingredients in refridgerator.
