I make this dinner when the day’s been filled with errands.
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 head cabbage, cut into chunks
28-oz. can Italian green beans, drained
2 14-1/2 oz. cans sliced new potatoes, drained
1 onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
1/2 to 1 c. water
