Peach Dessert Cake

Ingredients: 

2 C flour
3 t B power
1 t salt
1/2 C sugar
1 t vanilla
2 eggs beaten
1 C milk
4 T melted fat
1 1/2 C sliced peaches
Topping
1/2 C sugar
3 T butter
1/4 t cinnamon
1 T lemon juice
1 T flour

  1. Mix together flour, power, salt and sugar
  2. Add milk, eggs, vanilla and fat
  3. Pour into greased pan
  4. Cover with peaches
  5. Miix sugar, butteer, cinnamon, juice and flour together
  6. Pour on top of batter
  7. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes
