01) add olive oil to penne, avoid sticking
02) soak penne in sauce, making it more delicious

Red Pepper Flakes

Italian Sausage
Vodka - 3 tbl spoon
Tomato Paste
Heavy Cream - half cup
Mozarella slices
01) cook penne in lightly salted water till al dente
02) heat olive oil over moderate heat.
03) fry sausage, add garlic & red pepper
04) add tomato paste & salt. Reduce heat & simmer for 15min
05) add Vodka & cream & bring to boil. Reduce to low heat 7 add penne, simmer for 5min
06) serve with fresh parsley & mozarella slices
