Pepper Steak

Preperation and Cooking time: ~7 hours.

Ingredients: 

2 lbs. Round Steak (cut into 2" strips)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Beef Broth
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1/2 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 large Bell Pepper (cut into strips)
1 large Red Pepper (strips)
1 small Onion (sliced)
1 can Tomato (with juices)
3 Tablespoon Teriaki or Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar


  1. Heat vegetable oil in skillet over high heat.
  2. Sprinkle in steak strips with garlic powder.  Brown all sides, place in Crock Pot.
  3. Mix broth & corn starch.  Add tomatoes, red pepper flakes & teriaki sauce. Quickly stir mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into Crock Pot.  Cook on low (200 degrees) for 6-7 hours.
  5. Last hour of cooking, add bell peppers and onions.
