Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup chopped red onion (I used yellow onion)
2 garlic cloves, minced (I used jarred minced garlic)
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
½ cup dry white wine
1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
4 4-to-6 ounce skinless Chilean sea bass fillets (can substitute cod or halibut) (I used tilapia)
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley, for garnish (I used a mix of Italian seasoning and dried parsley)
