Pineapple Drop Cookies

Ingredients: 

1 C crushed pineapple
1 C B sugar
1 C sugar
1 t soda
1 C shortening
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
4 C flour

  1. Cream shortening and sugars
  2. Add pineapple
  3. Sift together dry ingredients 
  4. Add to creamed mixture
  5. Add nuts
  6. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet
  7. Bake at 375* for 15 to 20 minutes
  8. May add powdered sugar icing on top
  9. Makes about 4 dozen
