Pizza Pasta Salad

Notes: 

This could be called Kitchen Sink pasta. You can put anything you like into it much like a pizza. We also use a variety of different pastas: farfalle (bow tie), rotelle (wagon wheel pasta) fusilli (twists). Have Fun.

Ingredients: 

8 oz cooked pasta (farfalle/rotelle/fusilli)
1/2 cup peperoni quartered or the new mini pepperoni.
4-6 oz of our Italian Dressing (see the recipe)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup green/red/orange peppers diced
1/4 cup black olives sliced
1/4 cup onions diced
6 oz mozzarella cut into small cube
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
**(you can use just about any cheese you like)**
Optional Vegies:
Cherry Tomatoes halved
Broccoli florets
Cauliflower
Mushrooms
Spring Onions
Pepperochini
Roasted Red Peppers
** Giardiniera - I haven't made this variation yet but it seems logical, just cut into small bites."


  1. Cook pasta of your choice, remember to use something that the sauce can cling to.
  2. Prepare all vegtables by cutting into small- medium dice depending on the size of your pasta
  3. quarter regular pepperoni slices or use mini pepperoni.
  4. toss all ingredient together
  5. Add Italian dressing (our recipe) and red wine vinegar.
  6. Chill for several hours
