Ingredients: 

2 TBsp olive oil
2 trays portabello mushrooms, halved
3 cloves garlic, crushed (I just use the jar stuff)
1 TBsp finely chopped rosemary
½ c. red wine
1 c. beef stock
1 TBsp seeded mustard
