print
Ingredients:

beef roast, potatoes, onion, squash or apples, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic clove, McCormicks beef stew seasoning packet or homemade beef stew seasoning, 1/2 cup water

  1. Heat pot on medium high heat (5) add 2 tablespoons of butter heat until melted Next add 1 tablespoon of flour whisk to make a roux add 1/2 cup water and half teaspoon of beef bullion
  2. add beef roast
  3. Chop onion, potatoes, and squash into quarters add 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  4. add seasoning
  5. Roast on medium-high heat (5) until the liquid starts to boil then turn down on low (1) until meat is tender turn up to (2) until potatoes are tender Alternatively cook everything at 2 .
  6. Start early in the day to give the roast time enough to cook could take anywhere from 3-6 hours
  7. Keep an eye on the roast if needed add in more water. It's easier to add water but will ruin the roast if you have too much water.
