Pot Roast

Notes: 

Preperation and Baking time: ~2 1/2 hours.

Ingredients: 

4 lb. Roast
5 Potatoes (peeled & cubed)
1 package Carrots (peeled and sliced)
2 medium Onions (sliced into 4 pieces each)
2 Garlic: cloves sliced small enough to put in roast, the rest kept to be cooked with the rest of the ingredients.
