6 tbsp thinly sliced green onions
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups milk
1 1/4 cups shredded American cheese
4 slices bacon
Cook potatoes, scoop out pulp & discard skins. In pan melt butter, add 1/2 green onions & cook until tender. Stir in flour, dill, salt & pepper & add milk. Cook & stir for 12-15 mins or until thick & bubbly. Add the potato pulp & 1 cup of cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Put into bowls & add cheese sprinkle, onion & bacon.
