Ingredients: 

For the Dough:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup whole milk
1/3 cup lukewarm water (105 to 115 degrees F)
One 1/4-ounce package dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
1/3 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
4 1/4 cups (or more) all-purpose flour
For the Coffeecake:
Nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray
1 cup toasted chopped pecans

1 1/4 cups firmly packed golden brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
5 tablespoons honey
