Pumpkins Cookies

Ingredients: 

1 1/4 C sugar
1/2 C shortening
1 egg
2 C flour
1/2 t salt
1 t soda
1 C pumpkin
1/2 t cinnamon
1 C raisins cooked
1/2 C pecans chopped

  1. Cream sugar and shortening
  2. Add egg
  3. Stir in flour, salt and soda
  4. Stir in pumpkin and cinnamon
  5. Add raisins and nuts
  6. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet
  7. Bake at 350* for 15 to 18 minutes
