Red Clam Sauce

Ingredients: 

Olive oil
Onion
Garlic
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup of dry white wine
1/4 cup (can) of tomato paste
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 cup of clams
1 lb of shrimp
1 box of Quinoa linguini


  1. Saute sliced onion, chopped garlic, and red pepper flakes with olive oil until translucent
  2. Add wine and tomato paste and mix
  3. Simmer for 3 minutes or until wine evaporates
  4. Add diced tomatoes and simmer
  5. Add clams and shrimp and cover. 

Cook pasta al dente and mix with tsp of olive oil.
