4 whole tomatoes, diced
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 cup broth (chicken or vegetable)
1 small onion, chopped
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic, halved
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated cheese for decoration
